If that is the case then the entire AcCell/Savant system will eventually be owned and distributed through NewCo, while being manufactured by AccuMed. That also means that Xillix will be a percentage owner unless they are selling their present 1/3 interest in the Savant (French for scientist-I believe) to Sakura or NewCo or AccuMed. The AcCell Savant is becoming a major chip in this venture so far. I believe additional information regarding its market potential and status is forthcoming.
