Tuck asked me for my opinion. Didn't get to it, only got as far as wondering why they were talking about "rare" antigens rather than "weak" ones. Remember that they were working with NY-ESO-1 among antigens, didn't seem so rare. Guess I got side tracked at pubmed. So I don't know the nuts and bolts.
