Dear Jonathan,
FNTN is at same juncture as FAMH..
They both are non reporting co.. both claiming audited financials soon, both claiming NASD listing soon as possible...
The reason I chose FNTN is because, of their growth plan has much better revenue and nett profit structure with less overhead,, than the latter..
Also IMHO FNTN is a cutting edge technology using cheap conferencing infrastructure to bring about seminars, training, advertisements, and information distribution via internet,,,, compare to FAMH , where it is still old way of setting up a plush front offices, running ads finding people , make a match with co and employees, cut in between and take the money from the prospective employees or the co which ever case may be,,,,,,, an employment agency..

In my youth I worked at an employement agency ,, where you scower weekend help wanted ads.. call the advertising cos human resources ,, kiss their butts,, then go out run your own ads,,,, have people come in for interview get tons of resumes on file giving them a false hope then send forward several resumes back to the co and if they do hire, on top of their already pool of thousands of resumes, 90% of the time commission money comes out of that new employees paycheck, for next 3 months of their salary,,, of course in special field or where the demand is greater you get paid by the company... over all FAMH is an employment,, staffing ,,, employment leasing,, what ever you call it its an employment agency ... in between the spread commisssion kind of company.. I didnt like the job so I left after only 2 months..

Funny thing is for people seeking a job,, sending out a resume never really works,, and those jobs that employment agencies supposedly have are all published public information... If you are looking for a job , you can can call the company your self or answer the ads your self.... I know FAMH is supposedly a hot growing sector,, but I am not happy with the margin structures,, I am not saying FAMH is a bad company,, but I feel FNTN has more agressive growth program... the recent Hill publishing contract is proof of that,, its a non labour intensive service industry...

I dont know where these two companies I am comparing will be down the road ten years from now... and one or both could turn out to be successes, failures or scams... I am only interested for immediate plans they have and my immediate personal net gain.....

Also I am meeting with CEO of FNTN on Monday.. as explained... and as a person with background in int. law, multinational business and burrito making , having worked in six continents for Hyun Dai,, managing contracts from textiles to ship building and oil and gas,, I feel I am a good judge of character,,,

I will decide after I have talked to CEO of FNTN whether he indeed has the managerial potential, business plans, any past SEC fraud charges, copies of existing contracts,,etc,,if and none of these criteria fails or if he refuses to show me with out any good reason,,, I will not buy nor will I recommend it to my investment club..
However, if I believe that the current price of FNTN at its all time low of 52 weeks has upside potential of reacing some where 1/4 of where they were,, I am buying tons and will recommend it to our members,,,

AS I explained on FAMH ,, I dont want to be holding a penny stock for months and months and analyise it to death...

Thanx for your concern Jonathan..
Send me an EM and perhaps we can discuss our investment ideas...
