Yes, but it also says that if a rally happens, it may be a good shorting opportunity. Remember this is "gray box" commentary, similar to "second opinion", "Vector Vest", etc.

Saddam sticking his tongue out at US again today, threatening to kick the whole inspection team out of Iraq if the sanctions aren't lifted. Uh huh..sure Mr. Saddam.

Another thing that's funny, is that Saddam also said that they don't fear military action, as Bagdad is "impregnable".... LOL
