And after a while you happen to hear about FTEL and the Tempest and give it a try and like it better....Guess what ! We're out of luck because "XYZ Company" just spent a lot of money on "John Does" new gateways and can't just send them back and switch over! "Oh well, it may not be as good as the Tempest but It'll have to do"! Market Share! I think that first to market is VERY important ! Gary
