Hey you said it I didn't, but you see the one who 'lose' usually have to declare bankruptcy there is no IMF or Money center banks to bail them out now, do they? That is how 'free enterprise' works.

No absolutely not, but if one can't repay the loan one must be suffer the consequences,and that normally does not include borrowing more money.
