Similar to WhaleWisdom, I collect and process 13F-HR filings that are publicly available from sec.gov. I've done this for years for my own personal use..... but something tells me that I'm about to share. :-) This is just the basic data that I've sliced and diced a few different ways to make it useful for me, whereas WhaleWisdom offers other features like fund performance scores, 'heat maps', 'trend charts' and 'back testing'. They've built a business around the add-ons that they provide.

I always have to remind myself to be careful about how I weigh this data when making investment decisions. The information is always at least six weeks 'stale' when it's released at sec.gov and you can't assume that it reflects the complete picture (ie hedge funds hedge). However, I include it as another 'data point' when evaluating an investment.

Here's the link. 'Opened', 'Added', 'Unchanged', 'Reduced' and 'Closed' indicate the number of funds that I follow that have performed those actions for the stock listed under 'Ticker' for the quarter listed under 'To Quarter'.

Fund Holdings

As I've mentioned before, my software does what I've programmed it to do... and I'm only human. Always double-check anything that doesn't look right. The 13F-HR filings are available at sec.gov.
