Hello, Charles. I have no idea about the offering price. Do you already know the total offering price? DBCO has 29 million shares outstanding so the per share price is just the total price divided by the number of shares outstanding. DBCO management has set a minimum price of $2.5. Given the performance of the stock recently, I do not think that the offering price will be much higher than that. Personally, I hope to see $3 but I doubt it will be that high. Just my 2 cents. If anyone has any idea about the offering price from ECGOF, please share your information or opinion. Regards, Baoho
