I agree with you folks that this is an explosive marketplace and IMCX is in position to exploit the paper problems of the healthcare industry. The challenge is in the competitive landscape which is VERY crowded. The big "blues" of the industry are AMS, SMS and MAsys. Other competitors with like solutions include Lanier, IPD, and LanVision (lanv).
