Update

Found a 2014 msse download on an older drive. Uninstalled the current msse that wont run on Vista.

Installed the older msse, looked ok. Went ahead and downloaded the latest msse update from the Microsoft catalog and installed it.

Everything looks good, it even checks for and installs the latest updates automatically.
