just throw a rope with a weight attached on the end over the wall......then reach thru the wall with a hook to snatch the rope........secure the US end of the rope at the base of the wall onto the improvised attached bottom rung. Climb up the rope (athletic type) and do sort of a kip up to throw your legs up over the top. Sit on the top and pull up two rope ladders from your helper below using the loose end from the Mexican side. Secure the rope ladders together and drop one down the Mexican side and the other down the American side. Secure the bottoms of each to the improvised bottom rung. Have the helper climb up as well, assisted up by the first guy and both sit on top. The two guys pull each climber up and over as they reach the top of the rope ladder......so all you need is two guys with each carrying a 25 foot rope ladder in a back pack, a 60 foot rope with a weight on one end, the improvised bottom rung, and a telescoping 4 foot hook.....way too easy.................note...this DOES NOT work with a solid wall.
