Yes David I did ...you see since they only had about 150 million sharse outstanding AND ISSUED....they needed to increase the # of Authorized to 400 million so they could effectuate the split....remember is was a " stock Dividend".....

So I ask again....why an extra 130 Million shares...were they planning on a 3 for 1 split.......I gotta tell you the one and only thing I really don't agree with is this ridiculous stock split...if the needed more option the could have issued more stock...in fact at that time the had 260 million shares Authorized......this IMHO smells of Mr. Dunn and Idanta Partners, his firm, the 2 of whic are IOM's biggests sharesholders as well as Mr. Dunne being Chairman of the board........I'd feel a lot mor comfortable if KE was Chairman....what is Dunn's reputation.....?
