No, I am saying that no matter how good our product is ,it doesn't matter. If "XYZ company" buys from somebody else ,First,then the sale is lost. If I go out and research a product and finally make a decision to buy,thinking I have picked the best,and afterwards find something better,it is too late. I already bought and will live with the little difference no matter what that difference is.IE: voice quality,volume control,delay,etc. I feel we should make more noise than what we are...Or maybe we are and I just don't see it !!!
