I like the fact that Paisano is taking stock for part of the deal - it shows confidence in the companies management as well as their future prospects. Sounds like Paisano views this as a growth opportunity for his company.

Anyway, I doubled my position at 3.00 a while back and plan to hold this one - however long it takes.
