I found information on the Internet that now there is a new profession in real estate. These are Inside Sales Agents (ISAs). These people find potential buyers, clarify needs and transfer the lead directly to the real estate agent. There are services that provide such services, for example, real estate outsourcing. But in essence it’s just a call center with a database of potential customers. Did I understand correctly?
