PWAV presents an interesting phenomenon given it's enormous Korean exposure, and the extent of the future uncertainty that such an exposure entails. This certainly isn't a "safe", domestic economy only play, and any bet on a significant upward movement in the price of PWAV stock is predicated on the expectations that:1) the Korean crisis is overstated 2) PWAV's customers are solvent enough, or will be extended enough credit to weather the storm or 3)that PWAV will be able to capture enough new business to sufficiently offset what one would assume will be impactfully declining revenues from their Korean ventures.
That's a pretty stiff headwind for a stock, to the extent that I see it as a trading stock at the low end of it's price range until there is more visability regarding it's earnings future. That being said, PWAV looks to me like a good little company, and I will probably continue to hold a small long position (bought at 15), anticipating an eventual recovery, and wouldn't be adverse to trading the stock short term, once a bottom gets established.
