If this is the same company mentioned in your article, is it possible that there is another connection to this proposed change in management? To turn over control to another organization, without apparent coordination with the Board and Operations would not be business like. We have entered the land of Bizarro. The Board of Directors should put a halt to this proposal until all the facts and motivations are identified or else face shareholder wrath!
