Ron,

OK what gives? I respect Jim Dines opinion but to single out
one exploration stock like IPJ seems odd to me. I remember the SB
fault work last summer and how the news of vg kinda became buried,
but I don't think people would chase another rumor from an Indo
property quite yet. The 7th gen COWs is likely not causing the price
runup otherwise we would see other Indo companies creeping up as well.
Good news from Mongolia is possible, but somehow this seems like a
long time for a discovery to be slowly leaking out, without a
news release. I'm thinking that maybe IPJ is in negotiations with
a larger firm (merger/buyout) who likes IPJ's potential in Mongolia,
but this also seems kinda odd, at this point anyways.

Looking back, IPJ's jump in price can be traced back to the middle of December
and to a large jump in volume on the last day in December. Also JVAG had
a jump in price the second last day in December, but has been fairly flat
ever since. Maybe IPJ has begun some early power marketing hoping to
lead the way during the typical spring rally, but I really think there
must be more of a catalyst to cause IPJ >50% rise over the last 2-3 weeks.
Maybe Dines is friends with management? What are your thoughts?

Regards
RonS
