The court has not decided yet! The judge was supposed to make his final ruling by the end of business day last December, however no rulling has been done. The judge has send out additional requests to all share holders of SPNSF between 1/93-1/95 to file so it would be fair for all. The dead line for all such share holders to notify him is by end of March. He will then rule as how the $8 million dollars set aside by Sapiens ($2 million dollar of which is in the form of cash and the remainign $6 million will be in the form of SPNSF stock) for the settlement to be distributed among all. His final rulling is to be made by the end of April 1998. Hope this answers your question.
