Good morning EKS. As I previously mentioned I purchased some GVA @ 39.86.
It dawned on me that I had traded this once before and a search here confirmed it, briefly owned and traded it in late 2016.(good results even)
So I'm responding to your post from back then. What happened to the FAST Act? Hadn't heard a peep about it, but honestly haven't followed it either.
