;) I'd stick with honey, but I made our favorite walnut bread with it (because I didn't have Yacon syrup) then bot YS and tried it with that, and it's MUCH better with the YS. I'm now finding all sorts of other uses for it, and I am actually wondering if it has addictive qualities because we're it's almost like we're craving the flavor. :-/ Just had Plantain pancakes with Yacon syrup and a slice of peach for breakfast. Yummm!
