The Court of Inquistion here called deals only with the rules surrounding salvation through Jesus Christ as written in the Word of God.
There is no scripture in the Bible pertaining to the use of the term Christian as a plank of salvation. Nor did Jesus instruct his disciples to go and name people "Christians". The issue is not part of salvation. The word Christian does not appear in the Gospels dealing with the life of Christ. Therefore anything else is a new gospel, not once given by Jesus Christ, the author and finisher of Salvation.
Had He planned for further rules for salvation, He would have given further rules upon His resurrection. He didn't.
Until scriptures can be provided commanding Christians to call themselves by that word rather than follower of Jesus Christ, which the word means, the charges against Alan as heretick and deceiver are dropped by the court.
THEN FINDING OF THE COURT IS THAT ALL MAN MADE DOCTRINES ARE NOT PROFITABLE, AND MANY ARE DANGEROUS AND CAN DRIVE BELIEVERS AWAY.
Galations 3-7:
Grace be unto you....from our Lord Jesus Christ, who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us from this present evil world, according to the will of God and our Father: to whom Be glory for ever and ever. I MARVEL THAT you are soon removed from him that called you into the Grace of Jesus Christ UNTO ANOTHER GOSPEL: WHICH IS NOT ANOTHER (THAT THERE IS NO OTHER) BUT SOME THAT TROUBLE YOU, AND WOULD PERVERT THE GOSPEL OF CHRIST. (pervert: transmute, or corrupt) BUT THOUGH WE, OR AN ANGEL FROM HEAVEN, PREACH ANY OTHER GOSPEL UNTO YOU THAN THAT WHICH WE HAVE PREACHED UNTO YOU, LET HIM BE ACCURSED.
And we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, LET HIM BE ACCURSED.
The Court will let the judgment of Galatians stand, 3-9, that Alan is not obligated to accept any gospel other than that given by Jesus Christ and found clearly written in the Gospels of Matthew, Luke, Mark and John, and nothing else pertains to his salvation except believing on the Lord Jesus Christ and keeping the Lord's commandments. No further restrictions or added burdens were placed on genetic Jews by Jesus Christ.
Therein ends the findings of the Court in the matter of the trial of Alan Markoff, child of God and follower of Jesus Christ.
