Chief's rational as to why it will be next to impossible to drill at the Albany Site. 1. According to noted "Chemical Analyst" Larry Hoover, during cold winter months the rocks get harder and will need to be warmed up prior to drilling. Millions to warm up rocks utilizing "Electric Rock Blanket Technology". 2. Because (according to L. Hoover) the rocks are harder during winter months, rocks will need to be soaked in "Rock" anti freeze prior to drilling. Millions needed for special "Rock" anti freeze. 3. Drillers needed to be kept safe from the infamous "Albany Vicious Beavers", who will be kept awake and angry because of ongoing drilling noise. "Beaver Safety" specialists will add millions to the cost of drilling. 4. Chief has ascertained that the drilling will unleash hordes of the well known "Albany Winter Tundra Mosquitos", who hide deep in the Albany Tundra during the cold winter months. Millions will be needed for Mosquito Netting and Deet Spray. 5. Mosquito Netting and Deet Spray will need to be de-iced prior to using. De-icing the Deet and Mosquito Netting will add millions to the cost.
