OK and do you realise that those clouds and water vapour have a far more telling effect then Carbon Dioxide on reflected / transmitted, or heat retained regarding our common planet ?

Have you made the necessary realization of the role water plays in our IR environment?

It's not that hard. Just go out on a clear night and cloudy night, at the same time of year, and measure the temperature, or just feel it. All will be revealed.
