david,i talked w/ nina fri. am and she indicated that there has been ongoing written dialogue following their application and the questions have not been plant-equip but more paper oriented.at this time, vvus has answered all inquiries and they are waiting on the mca (again).she said that since dialogue has occured it is reasonable to conclude that the process is coming to a end point in the very near future but mgt. must present a more moderate position.IMHO -never having worked /mca-if they had any substantial, time-delaying issues they would have to be on the table by now.? i think we'll see approval quickly-thoughts?
