If I'm only a short term investor to CNTR, I would probably like a any way (incl. takeover) to get my $4, but as I'm also a partner, I don't want those good products to be vanished inside a big Company.
Our problem here is, that we are taking all the news from Centura negativly, even when they are positive. This is the reason, why stock can't even rise to normal level after good earnings will be announced. I have stated previously, that Centura stock biggest problem is lack of trust and long term investors. Going to small cap market, there would be much less gameing and more long term investors.
I don't think, that big companies with lot's of programmers is future of software business. Programming as the job is moving to India and Russia, best people wan't to be freelancers and work home. Licensing, buying concrete tasks, where You can get it most effectivly and VAR channels is future of Software business. This will need other kind of organisations, that we have previously seen.
