John, The initial press release had the phone number for HealthMed. I don't have it at the moment but will be able to get it tuesday. I will call next week and ask some questions about who they are, ownership and previous business dealings. Maybe you and some of the others can call as well. Technically Katz is not getting out. He still retains approximately two thirds of his equity, just not the voting rights. A question is if in the new set up he will have an equity satake in HealthMed? Henry
