This should be new "advance" manufacturing space (Sanofi complained for years that REGN Abs-processes are too expensive)...from where tomorrow they can compete not only with differentiated molecules, but also cheap one. So, it is "easy" and cheaper to build better facility from start than adopt old one (lesson from Ireland???). Is it? $800M to buy current facility, $800M for new space..where is and???? I should like their way of looking into future, but how far I would be living????
