I do feel that the "higher" courts will allow MSFT to distribute Win 95 as an unbundled alternative to Win 98. After all, it is the DOJ's contention that MSFT is forcing a bundled product on the market. If given a choice (as has been done), the DOJ's argument is undone, since the market will be more than able to make its decision as to whether it prefers a bundled product as compared to a stipped down one.
