There have been a number of comments recently by Jesse about his concern over the lack of marketing of the products. I share that concern. EVERY Sunday in the CompUSA and Computer City newspaper supplements there are rather large blocks of space highlighting Symantec products. This week in CompUSA there is nothing from Quarterdeck. Computer City did have Clean Sweep and TuneUp buried on a page but they were overshadowed by AntiVirus, Uninstall and CrashGuard. It is obvious that Symantec is working hard on getting exclusive brand recognition in the utilities market. Quarterdeck needs to play catch up...starting today!
