Good mornign Margaret, Thank you for you warm post. It is always such a treat hearing from you. I spent a little time last night trying to rearrange all the clutter and throw out things that I no longer need. It is necessary for me to gain control as my new business will teach and demand much of me in the future. I was pleased to hear about the entertainment you saw while visiting the ramada down your way. When I played piano in some of the clubs here in Philadelphia, I would use sometimes what is called a side car. This would play various types of programmable rythms. The technology today is so sophisticated that anyone who has a decent amount of keyboard experience can be his own master of ceremonies with orchestra accompaniment. You would not believe the technology that I have here right next to my computer. You would think that I am a space martian. Today use can use the little laptop computer to store all your arrangements so that when you go to the clubs or gigs, you can sit and the keyboard, start the computer sequencer and just smile at everybody. What a country. Thank you for mentioning my music cd. BTW there will always be a little competition or even jealousy when comparing musicianship with other musicians. Yes referals by word of mouth is a wonderful promoter and I indeed appreciate all your support. The weather here is a little rainy today. Last night we had to put up with some idiot who kept allowing his auto siren to go off all night. It was a pain getting to sleep. " yes I do reacall the song, With A Song in My Heart". It was featured in the oldtime movie, The Helen Morgan Story with Susan Hayward. I hope that you will have a nice Sunday and we will probably go to see a movie today.
