Yes, production capacity is world wide now We have lots of production in the world but must have more dollars in the system to create more money in other countries to allow consumption of this production There are too few dollars in the world not too many The engine is now world wide and 2 quarts low on dollars Rates going to zero and then the real printing starts Look at the last 20 years : lower lows in rates until they hit zero This will force the printing that should have happened earlier The world including China will give a sigh of relief The US owner of the world reserve Currency has the responsibility to print
Now for example what if half the world was on the gold standard and suddenly the amount of participating countries double. As gold production is only 1.5% of above ground gold We would have severe deflation. The US is the lucky holder of the reserve currency and printed dollars = gold Why is it so hard for people to think outside the box
