Facts are facts...

"He tells me of research showing that “when American troops occupied Germany at the end of the second world war, black soldiers left behind half-black children and white soldiers left behind all-white. By 11, the two groups had identical average IQs. In Germany, there was no black subculture.

The Flynn effect killed off "The Bell Curve" attitude to all but the most persistent racists long ago. In this Guardian profile, cultural aspects are looked at more deeply, and the average liberal Guardian reader finds disturbing stuff. i.e the race Bell Curve thing was only good for the USA where racism and particular types of disenfranchisement flourished. For example, if you are a child in Flint Michigan, it would be a struggle to hit the top IQ levels because the water quality is none too good. Something local officials and business should correct.

However, cultural factors played a role though.

What Peter Wilby fails to mention is (when he mentions Trump) Trump has given Blacks and Hispanics a better deal then previous leaders, and maybe that is why they voted for him.
