Neita is two provinces away, in a different watershed with different local politicians, and that's only a permit to 'resume active exploration' ... what Goldquest needs is a mining ticket, because they already explored up one real good mine, and would cheerfully be exploring for another while developing it, if only ...

There may be some cheer in this, hard to say ... same country, some geological trend, and not so far away in miles ... let's see Unigold get a mine permitted, then Goldquest holders will have something to celebrate
