Jeff: Looks like you and I are thiking along the same lines. Been playing the big droppers for the bounce, and the stocks that shoot up as shorts.
When a stock moves strongly, either UP or Down, it usually over reacts in either direction and then will correct back some.
Last week I played GMTC for a nice 25% gain in 3 days after it had dropped 60% the day before.
For next Tuesday / wednesday I like HCOM. I see you mentioned the stock as well.
I have started a thread about HCOM.
exchange2000.com

Stock got hammered down 43% on Friday. I am looking for a quick easy 15 to 25% rebound starting Tuesday. Company had NO News to account for the drop.
I am thinking that one large invester sold causing the intial drop. The short sells saw the drop and jumped on short selling the stock down 43%
Without any news to account for the huge drop, bottom fishers will jump on the stock Tuesday. As the price starts moving UP, the short sells will start covering their positions ( Buying) and this will further add to the price increase ( Rebound )

Hope to see you on the HCOM thread and any comments you would like to add. I will be watching this thread with interest as well.

Thanks
