No Manny: It was 250,000 shares (not really that large). Also, the prospectus on LCAV indicated that Summit would not be allowed to sell any of its LCAV shares (shares retained by BEAM) until May 17, 1998). In addition, do you use a no-fee site that shows blocks of shares being sold or do you have to pay a monthly fee? If it's free, please advise me of the name of the site. Thank you...Pappy
