A further indication that MS is flying high (too high at present?)
comes from Iris (the research institute of the Dutch Rabo bank and
of the Robeco investment group). They changed MS from a buy to sell in
their weekly note of septembre 30 '96. They recognise that MS has
a unique position and scores very good in many fields. However they
expect that the big money will be spent to increase it's marketshare
of the Internet market, resulting in smaller profit margins. As a
result they indicate that the present EPS is too high.

Notice that they don't talk about the Corel-MS Office suite price war,
nor about nearly every corporate worker being tired of the regular
upgrades, nor about the consumer market waiting for more easy to use
products.

Happy investing in a great, but expensive company.
Jan
