VATICAN CITY (Reuters) -- Pope John Paul on Sunday named 22 new Roman Catholic cardinals, the senior church officials who are his closest advisers and who can enter a conclave to elect a new pontiff if they are under 80 years old.

The pope said the names of two of the new cardinals would remain "in pectore," or his secret.

That would be the Brink and me.....so enough about RAIN already.
