Yes, solar activity is decreasing.

One of the most important parameters the IPCC should be measuring is the incident solar energy arriving on planet Earth.

I am going to see if I can find that parameter (the raw data table) , let me know if you see it first or know where it is.

Now according to Zharkova, the IPCC just won't talk about solar activity. Not only that but some "man made" Climate Change advocates were all upset and uppity when Zharkova delivered here first lecture at the Royal Astronomical Society in 2015, and even tried to get her to withdraw.

Hardly seems scientific to me.
