All stocks have natural support/resistance "zones".The probability that a stock will "use" these depends on how active it is.Stocks like INTC.DELL etc are perfect.

These zones exist all the time.Even if a stock is hitting new lows and have not been there before.
For instance DEll's low since his high is aprox. 70(I say aprox 70 because I had an order to buy at 70 1/8 that day and did not get filled)If he starts to tank later this year and trades well below that low there is still many support below which have nothing to do with were he has traded before.

The probability of a stock stopping at a sup/res zone depends on many factors and you can asign one to them on any given day.
Friday, for instance,Dell opened up into one with a so so probability.I did short it but only for 1/2 point because it was not very high(I should not have done it even though it did work)
