Thanks! I saw the news on twitter this morning and had to go look up what MetAP2 is. The report suggested positive dose response.

I don't have the background to know whether a 1.1% reduction in A1C is meaningful at 12 weeks from baseline. I know that they reported significance from placebo (and the trial likely was smallish n), but it still doesn't sound meaningful. A diabetic with a 7% level goes down to 6.92%.

The weight loss looked pretty good too. Hopefully a ZFGN follower or a doctor can chime in :)
