I disagree with this ignorant comment that pretends Africa is one country with one culture and one government. In terms of investing Africa is like Mexico or Peru, or the US or Canada for that matter; pick your spots wisely and you will do well.

I have been burned a few times, but overall I have done well, and continue to do well, with investing in companies that do business in Africa.
