She’s hilarious. I think she’s describing herself here.

This is what happens as our form of democracy fails under the weight of programs like SS, Medicare, Obamacare, and Medicaid — and the massive debt burden they created.

Doesn’t happen overnight but the velocity steadily increases. She wants to make it worse.
