I'm sitting on some pretty good profits from APR 25 puts. Thinking
about selling them. But that announcement of layoffs smells like
really bad news to me. On the other hand, it reads as a sign of a
change in company direction, not necessarily bad.

My fear is that the justice department will brutalize MSFT (like they
probably ought to) and that will cause a pop in NSCP even though
browsers are only 13% of company revenues.

Also, is somebody out there following the S-3 filings well enough to
keep track of what is happening to the float? I've noticed that
high flyers tend to disintegrate only when the shares start to come
on to the market.
