Technically yes - practically no he cannot end the shutdown immediately. Not until talk radio says he can. He absolutely can NOT lose his base Bentway. He loses that and he's done and he he knows it. He is just a weird shallow man that dug himself a hole he can not get out of. .............Offer him a deal; trade DACA kids citizenship for his stupid fucking wall so America can go back to work. You have to give him a way out.........
