Ward,

It takes guts and brains to invest in speculative mining issues and be a winner in the long run. If I understand you correctly, you have more guts and brains than most.

You are using TA in following KRY as a short, but you will continue your TA until such point as the market, if ever, suggests you cover and go long. You believe the market will signal the probability of the ruling just before it happens along with the position that ruling will take.

If I am correct in the above, you are indeed a skilled trader. The rest of us are just a little too cautious (or is that lazy?) for such games.

I wish you success because it will mean we are all winners excepting those who don't cover and go long...and you will win proportionally far more than any of us who have been long all along.
