My reasons for Buying Hnv remain unchanged:

1) Strong Insider Ownership with Recent Insider Buying
* Look at the last 3 13d filings . . Mr Regan continues to buy shares
2) Positive Technical Indicators - Most of my technical indicators are bullish
3) New Mgt has shown initial signs of turning the company around. The Company has now reported 3 back to back qtrs of lower losses. I am looking for a return to profitability in the next qtr.
