In the early 70's was passing through Edmonton Alberta there was much weather news about 30 days of below 30 degrees for the area . Everyone who endured could get a statement of fact on a sheet you could put in a frame .

Good measuring stick for what happens next winter here . Will we get deep snow , deep cold or both ?
