I've probably got a cert somewhere anymore. Still gets cold around here, but don't see -40* much anymore thankfully. But then this is what we've had all week......

Periods of snow ending this afternoon then mainly cloudy with 30 percent chance of flurries. Local blowing snow. Amount 2 cm. Wind southeast 30 km/h gusting to 50. High minus 10. Wind chill minus 29 in the morning and minus 20 in the afternoon. Risk of frostbite.
Chinooks have moved north a bit. Some years are dry, some are wet, I don't see anything to be losing sleep over.
