Hi J, Things are looking really positive for 2019 and beyond. It was interesting to hear that the components being replaced in the current FOG cost $800 and the photonic chip is in the single digits. This is absolutely a game changer. Better performance, significant cost reduction and scalability. Win, win, win. Considering the existing single axis retail price is in the neighborhood of $2k and a gross margin of around 40%, the immediate increase in market opportunities is quite profound. At that margin, $1200 was cost and almost $800 has been eliminated. Being conservative, the unit cost, at low volumes, will be cut in half on day one. Even if autonomous auto takes longer to take off, we are looking at a true paradigm shift in the markets FOGs can now play. These products can’t come soon enough. Great news on cash flow for Agile. It’s clear the HTS products are the hit we were thinking it would be. Martin is suggesting IoT as a service could be a bigger success than CaaS. I’m curious what that means and how it’s achieved? Do they offer dedicated IT/engineering services for all the different ships and components and use their training expertise at the core? Will it be similar to CRM or cloud based systems being offered today? A vertically integrated service model could be the ultimate differentiator from all the other Vsat providers. Aw
